The bar for electric crossovers has been set higher than ever this year by the redesigned 2025 Kia EV6. It builds on its award-winning innovation with a new look, longer range, and even more capability. With five available trim levels, drivers can choose the power, range, and luxury features that are just right for their budget and lifestyle.

Efficiency for All in the 2025 Kia EV6

How far do you want to take the EV6? With its new, larger batteries, you can cover more ground than ever on a single charge. Starting off the EV6 lineup is the Light trim, featuring a 167-horsepower permanent magnet AC synchronous motor and a 63.0 kWh Lithium-Ion battery. An installed Level 2 charger can recharge this battery from 10 to 100 percent in under 6 hours, giving you a manufacturer-estimated 237 miles of range with 115 MPGe efficiency.

In a fully charged, 225-horsepower Light Long Range, Wind, or GT-Line trim, you’ll be able to drive up to 319 miles between charges with 114 MPGe efficiency, thanks to their 84.0 kWh battery. When equipped with all-wheel drive, these models have up to 295 miles of range and up to 106 MPGe efficiency, plus 320 horsepower. The GT AWD trim also has an 84.0 kWh battery, and it can generate up to 641 horsepower in Launch Mode.

What’s Inside

The EV6’s five-passenger cabin is stylish and eco-friendly, featuring materials like recycled fabric and SynTex synthetic leather. Even when the weather outside isn’t ideal, the EV6 keeps you comfortable with standard heated front seats and a dual-zone auto climate control system. There’s also convenient storage throughout the cabin, from its cargo area with 24.4 cubic feet of space to its extra storage under the center console. For even more space, the rear seats fold along a 60/40 split.

A New Look and More for 2025

With just a quick glance, you’ll notice the EV6 has a new design in the front and back, plus stylish new wheel choices. Inside, you’ll find a redesigned center console, a new D-shaped steering wheel, and a cabin that’s quieter than ever, thanks to new sound absorption materials. The Light Long Range and higher trim levels can also tow more than before, with a new 2,700-lb. towing rating.

Driver Assistance Tech

When you’re behind the wheel of the EV6, you’ll have a host of features helping you avoid danger on the road. Its automatic braking can help you prevent a collision, whether it’s with a vehicle in front of you or crossing behind you as you back out of a parking space. It also includes Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist to help you detect and avoid vehicles in adjacent lanes with warnings and steering assistance.
